CULVER CITY, Los Angeles County — Culver City has scheduled a What’s Next, Culver City? Community Conversation on Monday, November 2, 2026, inviting residents to discuss shared priorities that can inform municipal budgeting.
According to the city’s community calendar, the workshop uses small-group activities and conversation to identify topics people want city leadership to address. It is a public engagement process, not a ballot question or a council vote.
What can participants contribute?
Residents can raise questions about neighborhood services, public facilities, safety, transportation, recreation or the cost and effectiveness of existing city programs. Organizers aim to identify themes rather than simply collect an individual wish list.
Does attendance guarantee funding?
No. Budget development also depends on projected revenue, contractual commitments, public hearings and Council decisions. A workshop suggestion does not become a funded program automatically.
Check the full city event listing before attending for the exact location, participation requirements, schedule and accessibility arrangements. The city also advertises additional community-conversation dates; each may require separate verification.
Those unable to attend can monitor the city’s budget and City Council agenda process for later opportunities to provide public comment.
