CULVER CITY, Los Angeles County — November 2026. Two different Culver City local tax questions have large Yes majorities in the November election results.
Initial official-sourced figures
Measure AA records 8,502 Yes (63.24%) and 4,943 No (36.76%). Measure T records 9,943 Yes (74.19%) and 3,459 No (25.81%).
What the local result means
Measure AA is a voter-initiative special parcel tax of $0.48 per building square foot, subject to a cap and exemptions, for ten years to support Culver City schools; the city estimated approximately $18 million per year. As a citizen-initiated measure, it requires a simple majority under the city’s legal analysis. Measure T would raise the lodging tax from 14% to 15% and then 16% from March 2028. These are legally distinct taxes, and estimated revenue is not actual collection. Both results remain unofficial.
Can the outcome change?
Yes. These figures are from the NBC Los Angeles live county election-results table after the November 3 vote. The page may refresh its data without showing the timestamp for each individual contest. The figures are therefore labeled a provisional snapshot, not a newly independently confirmed November 5 county bulletin. The county’s official canvass continues, and the final outcome requires certification.
